After placing your order, head to the My Orders page to check the real-time status of your order and manage the next steps.

Yes, we offer fully customized products tailored to your needs. We can add your team’s logo, images, and text to uniforms, T-shirts, jackets, and more. Custom designs are perfect for team building, group identity, and creating a unified look for your members.
Your order status will initially show as "Creating Order Sheet" while we prepare a custom order sheet for you. This means, we will notify you with how your products will look like with your custom design.
Once ready, the sheet is uploaded and emailed to you for approval. The status changes to "Pending Confirmation".
Click "Revise" and describe your changes. We'll update and re-upload the order sheet for your approval.
Once approved, the status becomes "In Production", and we begin making your order.
After production, your items ship. The status becomes "In Transit" and includes your tracking number.
