🛠️ How to Order – Step-by-Step Guide

1. Add Items to Your Cart

Browse our products and enter the quantity you'd like for each item. Make sure all required fields (such as size, color, or design options) are filled out.

2. Proceed to Checkout

Click on the Checkout button to review your cart and make your payment. If you need to adjust quantities or selections, you can do so from the cart page before completing your order.

3. Track Your Order in "My Orders"

After placing your order, head to the My Orders page to check the real-time status of your order and manage the next steps.

🔄 What Happens After You Place an Order

1. Creating Order Sheet

Your order status will initially show as "Creating Order Sheet" while we prepare a custom order sheet for you.

2. Pending Confirmation

Once ready, the sheet is uploaded and emailed to you for approval. The status changes to "Pending Confirmation".

3. Need Revisions?

Click "Revise" and describe your changes. We'll update and re-upload the order sheet for your approval.

4. Approved – In Production

Once approved, the status becomes "In Production", and we begin making your order.

5. Shipped – In Transit

After production, your items ship. The status becomes "In Transit" and includes your tracking number.

Final Reminder: Always visit the My Orders page to stay updated. Be sure to approve your Final Order Sheet—production is based on the approved version. Unapproved orders may experience delays.
